Propel Help Desk is a simple drop-in customer support system for iPhone and iPad applications:

  • Allow your customers to interact directly with you for tech support rather than leaving bad reviews.
  • When a user submits a help ticket, your team is notified and can log into the Propel Help Desk website to assign responsibility, set priorities, and respond back.
  • Manage FAQs and Knowledge Bases remotely, and deploy updates to applications directly without having to push updates to the App Store.
